The ‘Magic Speakers’ event marketing campaign was created for customer loyalty/referral software provider Systino in support of the company’s largest event of the year, and involved a number of marketing consistently branded components, including print and online advertising, booth and banner production, direct mail and redemption cards, invitations, promotions, opportunity/lead cards, and sponsor bag components.
The campaign theme centered around the question, ‘Would it be magic if … you could hear your customers?’ — the obvious implication being that use of Systino software would enable clients to easily hear their customers, address customer concerns before they left for a competitor.
In taking action to turn around these customers who may have been in jeopardy of leaving, Systino effectively enables users to turn these customers into loyal followers and to engage them as a virtual salesforce as they refer friends and colleagues.
